Most of us have now accepted that we'll be a League One side next season so who do we want to see ?

For a start let's hope our bogie team Brentford finally get into the Championship. Quite apart from the fact that they've been so close so often for the past few seasons it'll be one less drubbing for us. Looks like we have local derbies with Millwall and Orient ahead. Sadly we won't get our day trip to Southend though.

We should see Knight and Cullip again (assuming that Cullip isn't injured as he has been so often this season). Although its a long haul it'll be good to see Carlisle again, especially in view of the fact that relegation from the League brought them back a lot stronger. Also, Donny will be a good day too.

I wouldn't mind doing a double over Grimsby too. It's not ideal but I'll still look forward to 2006-2007.

I'm looking forward to it in a way will be nice to see us win a few more games and it will give the younger guys a chance to develop and boost their confidence with out the inevitable tonking being dished out week in week out.

Nearby away days for me at Oldham, Doncaster, Barnsley, Bradford, maybe Rotherham and the one i've been looking forward to since i move up here Huddersfield away - knowing my luck they will get promoted though.

How often are the Albion ever not involved at either end of the table i can't rmember many seasons i've been wathching since 1987 when it hasn't been a promotion scramble or releagtion dogfight. The Albion aren't a club for mid table mediocrity.

They are either great or shit

It will be another great season as was this year.

Despite the poor results the quality has been very good at times. Fruti and Carrol should do well in a lower division.

Only downside is away games are miles away next season

On the plus side we won't have to go to Burnley although the misery that is Oldham looms large.

Agreed, Oldham is a horrible place full of row upon row of those bright red terraces.

Rochdale isn't much better either so at least we won't have to go there next season.

Agreed but the people in Rochdale are much nicer. IMHO Oldham fans are the most miserable in the entire league. Mind you if I lived in Oldham I'd be miserable too.

On a lighter note we'll be able to reestablish our 'friendship' with Jolly old Chesterfield. That does mean that for once we won't have the worst ground in the division.

I will be looking for the younger members of the team to develop in a less competitive league and really make advances in their game, hopefully challenging for a place in the play-offs at the very least, that is probably a realistic ambition.

There are a few away games I am looking forward to; Forest, Swansea, Yeovil, Donny Rovers, Walsall (hopefully), Cheltenham (hopefully) and a few more besides. Granted there are a few that I will probably give a miss to as I have been there before, Carlisle and Port Vale spring immediately to mind.

I'm looking forward to winning some games...

... and Oldham. Always do that one and stay in Manchester the night before.

In Rochdale I met some of the friendliest away fans I've ever met.

Never been to Forest either (only County)

I'm hoping Millwall come down with us, because that's a local to me.

Once you get past Lancaster there's some beautiful countryside. The town itself is a bit dour but the ground is quite good (except for the open end that is no longer in use).

Be bloody hilarious as the division's biggest tarts will be even more unhappy about playing in League One.

Lowe out !

Goring, I went down there twice from Edinburgh, for me it was nice to have a day out in England. True the town isn't the most picturesque in the World but the surrounding area in stunning, I guess a lot of people will make a weekend of it and stay in the Lake District.

The ground itself was OK, though the home fans to our left in the same stand were a bit neanderthal, get over that and the welcome was pretty friendly. Our songs seemed to revolve around the old favourites "You're Scots and you know you are" and references to sexual liaisons with sheep.

On the way back to the station I sweet talked a lass serving in a chip shop and got myself a piece of cod the size of a whale for my dinner, a victory for southern charm.

Away fans have been back in that open end this season, and will more than likely be in it again next.

It was a bit odd there as the part of the ground we were sat in overlooked the empty terrace behind the goal and not the pitch. It looked to me like they had intended to rebuild the ground and move the pitch slightly, but only built one stand and never got round to doing the rest.

They like ourselves, had a complete twat (Michael Knighton) for a chairman, he just wasn't quite are devious as Bill 'Complete Turd' Archer.

I'm happy for them to be looking at promotion and wish that Wrexham were in there too.
