I'd agree. It is obvious that we're going to get someone with a bit of flair because of the fact our squad is mostly foreign.

Never heard of him? Just looked him up, retired Ghanaian with no managerial experience what do ever? Have I missed a joke or something? Serious?

He has been coach/assistant at some German clubs and in Japan I think. Quite a forward thinking chap by all accounts; I guess he might have picked this up in Japan like Wenger did.

Just been researching him. He was a recent top-flight coach in Japan and was also at Cologne a couple of years ago. I heard that the connection is the German club doctor. Left field or are we just ignorant of other leagues?
