Just get over the fact HSB has had its day and move over grandad.

All things considered, T5 was a triumph like most British engineering and building. Things rarely go wrong in this realm in either country. What a stupid thread.

I have a self-imposed ban on flying BA so I wouldn't know.

Was very disappointed in the public transport when in Germany twice recently.

And don't get me started on the amount of dog shit on the pavements.

It's one of the great myths, that German trains are somehow mega efficient. I chatted to some of the staff on a train recently, and they put it down to juvenile suicides.... Youthful disillusion is just as prevelant amongst our German friends.
