I definitely believe that Molango should be on the bench ahead of McPhee, I think that Reading match showed Molango might have something.

i think mm has got somethink against jarrett, he is our best player we've got at the club quick and skillfull and can rip through defences and he only gets 5 minutes last night.

Did you go last night ? The reason Albert only got 5 mintues was Butters got injured and so buggered up McGhees substitute plans. I'm sure if McGhee hadn't have had to replace Butters Albert would have got 20 minutes.
