It's a tackle...

It's a tackle...
If Brighton fans really have been sending death threats then FFS, it’s football at the end of the day and if people really want to start doing that then they’re c**tsBrighton Fans have a real hatred for Crawley | ctfcfansforum
Here is just a small sample. On our club Twitter https://x.com/crawleytown/status/1828561255344283928 and on their forum https://www.northstandchat.com/threads/crawley.409400/ They were octfcfansforum.freeforums.net
as i was told that the number of yellow cards he receives should tell me something. But it doesn't!Yellow cards are given out for different reasons. Moises never goes in like Williams did. And he didn't get even a yellow for it.
Yeah I agree with this.Such a bunch of babies on here. Get over it, it's football, it's gutting but these things happen. It's nothing to do with Crawley as a club, a town, or really all that much to do with Williams. Just one of those crappy things that happen from time to time. We've been on the receiving end and we've had players dishing it out in the past.
Oh he bloody well does! We loved him for it!Yellow cards are given out for different reasons. Moises never goes in like Williams did. And he didn't get even a yellow for it.
Yep. Should of been sent off in the League Cup final last season.Oh he bloody well does! We loved him for it!
be a bit pissed off but some of the comments on here sound like its the first time its ever happened or its the first time they've seen football.Yeah I agree with this.
It was a bad challenge (they happen), The ref should have sent him off , but that wouldn't have made any difference to the outcome of the game.
But..
Our fans do have the right to be pissed off that we are deprived of a new signing, for the next few months, because of a seriously misjudged challenge.
Remember when he actively targeted Martinelli as a retaliation for an earlier tackle on Mitoma. Took him out the game.Yellow cards are given out for different reasons. Moises never goes in like Williams did. And he didn't get even a yellow for it.
"Brighton fans" sounds like there's some sort of particular human phenotype that has gathered to support the team. Same as when we say Leeds or Chelsea fans are wankers... when in reality, there's thousands and thousands of different individuals in any group of supporters. Easily forgotten but important to remember in situations like this - hopefully most Crawley fans understand that most Brighton fans are never going to send death threats to anyone. If Brighton fans really have been sending death threats then FFS, it’s football at the end of the day and if people really want to start doing that then they’re c**ts
I agree there is no need to have a pop at the club or the town but Williams deserves to be focused on. That wasn't just a late challenge it was reckless and endangered the opponent. He wasn't even booked (refs fault) and then proceeded to pull, kick push and wrestle any Albion player that got near him. Then when a player dared to go down he would get in their face as if they were faking it. He goes on to play for the foreseeable while MOR is in the bloody hospital.Such a bunch of babies on here. Two footed and reckless. It wasn't a coming together, or even an attempt to get the ball which was over 10 yards away by then. It's a tackle. He a tackling midfielder whose job it was to disrupt us. I don't think his job was to seriously injure one of our players, he just got that wrong. He did it, but that doesn't in my view justify the meltdown on here about him as a player and his character. It's just a tackle that went wrong.
Announced by Johnny Cantor after the presser this morning.Surgery... What have i missed?
Nah, I hated him doing that. Although I can't remember seeing such a bad tackle by him. I remember a number of people unhappy when he 'put the boot in'.Oh he bloody well does! We loved him for it!
My point was that it could have been any other lower league midfield 'hard man' whose job it is to get in the face of premier league opposition and knock them out of their stride. I bet our managers have given dozens of players in the past instructions to do just the same thing.I'll start. It's definitely to do with Williams
If that's 10 yards then I need you tell my wife what 6 inches is.Two footed and reckless. It wasn't a coming together, or even an attempt to get the ball which was over 10 yards away by then.

its somewhere between a little late and a bit late. could be seen as a very late challenge but they happen quite often. If that's 10 yards then I need you tell my wife what 6 inches is.
It wasn’t a tackle at all unless you have a different definition. He wanted to ‘put one on him’ pure and simple. The smile and wink put the tin lid on it for me.It's a tackle.
