From what I heard (OK, I was on a bridge over the A27 at the time), it seems to have been Virgo.

But is a vote for Virgo just an endorsement of McGhee's policy of constantly chopping and changing the team?

We need stability and we're not getting it at the moment. I know injuries are a problem but, for all that, McGhee does seem to like experimenting.

Jake for me as people said above excellent work rate, good first touch and was the only player who seemed to have confidence and conviction about what he was doing. Which is a bit worrying.

Yeah. McGhee has a great tactic of picking 1 in midfield plus 2 other people who can't pass the ball. 4-3-3 will be fine if he picks the right players next to Chippy - and, no, I certainly don't mean David Lee.
