The photo data depends on the camera being set up with the correct date and time. It is not beyond the bounds of possibility that the camera date was 2 days out.
But no that is too easy. As usual a conspiracy theory relies on ignoring the blatantly obvious.

You believe in Chem Trails, Al-Qaeda being a CIA front, 7/7 being a government planned conspiracy, Madeleine McCann being a victim of ritual child abuse, you claim to have studied alchemy, the global recession is a Rothschild conspiracy, cancer can be cured by natural remedies and pharmaceutical companies are suppressing the cure, you claim to be invisible to the UK authorities, 9/11 - see notes re 7/7 but with rockets disguised as planes, that you don't need insurance to drive a car on the UK roads.
You appear to believe in absolutely every conspiracy and crackpot theory going and when presented with the opportunity to apply Occam's Razor you shun it in favour of the ubiquitous Youtube videos that present flaky supposition as fact, ignore expert witness where it doesn't fit the theory and whose only cross-references appear to be other equally suspect Youtube videos.

Actually it's even simpler than that. The data within any file is reliant on how that data is persisted throughout the transfer/sharing/storage methods.
The date could easily have been changed (by the "computer", not by a human) as part of a copy/paste action, or how it was prepared prior to publishing e.g within image editing software.
