No he's not. Zaha looks a talent, but not on the same level as Chamberlain.

Why is Zaha yet to play for the u21s, may I ask? (genuine question)

Only old newspaper reports from a year ago, but it was quite widely reported. As far as how good he is, I think most in football would say he's one of the best in the league despite his age.

The only way we will lose Zaha is if a team comes in with £7 million minimum. Clyne will go at the end of the season unless we get promotion but we will still get £2.5 mill at a tribunal.

A player can play for any U21 team and it would not affect the country he would play for at senior level. Zamora had the choice of Trinidad & Tobago even after he had played for England U21s. Diego Poyet is playing for England U18s at the moment but would still have the option of playing for Uruguay at senior level.
