It's incredibly sad that a local team has to tolerate such no-marks, and I truly hope it can be stamped out asap, especially having read the OP.There are a handful of regulars who push the boundaries of what is acceptable, but it reaches a whole new level when the team gets a 'big day out'. Everyone comes out of the woodwork; it's probably expecting a bit much for for a disparate group of regular supporters to control the idiots amongst them who have nothing to lose by acting up. It's not like they'd care if they were banned from home games, for example. I know it's on a completely different scale, but some of the behaviour I've seen from England fans whilst travelling the world watching the national team is, at best, embarrassing. But I'm not about to risk life and limb by challenging them. At the risk of hiding behind a cliche, it's a societal problem.
Bunch of utter spanners.
