No I have said on other posts Dickinson plus cash for McLean but in fairness to Dickinson I thought that he played well with Murray at Orient and looked as if they could perhaps forge a useful partnership together.

Dickinson seemed to be similar to Davies in a lot of ways, lots of energy, great cutting in from the wing but for all their endeavour and effort there was very little end product. If Gus can coach Dicko to finish and stand up under the weakest of challenges he could be a cracking player. If however, he can't... McLean would be a great option or Mackail-Smith?

I've given up 2nd guessing Mr. Poyet though. He's a maverick and his signings have always surprised me so I'm happy to keep being surprised if they come off like Calderon, Lua Lua and Painter.
