Best studio moment. For me.

Yup, my fave JD track - brilliantly brooding melody and absolutely harrowing lyrics, especially when you know what Ian Curtis did afterwards; almost too painful to listen to.

Very impressive (I saw Crass in Brighton in 1980) - what is the site which lists these gigs?
I do not know which one that is, looks like its from a mobile phone, however their are lots, I use https://www.setlist.fm

Useful references and good if they list concerts you went to when young to see what was played, I always try and get a photo of the setlists now and update the site if none else does

Not for me, I gave up listening to Joy Division/New Order after hearing about this. Why can’t bands just stick to music instead of sticking their oar into things that are nothing to do with them? 😡

Happy to be cast adrift in a burning funeral boat to the sound of this. It's to the sad news and the bad news that we lean in closer, to quote 'The Bell Hollow' (look 'em up).

I've walked with water, danced with fire, can't seem to take it anymore.

And then he was gone.

The whole trach is magnificent. To Hooky's bass and the drum at the end.

For my finale, hopefully ‘Decades’ away, that’s crossed my mind too.

As with The Smiths and The Cure, young genius self taught songwriters/composers.

The app is Concert Archives, really good for keeping a record of gigs if you’re into that kind of thing.
https://www.concertarchives.org/
https://www.setlist.fm/

Setlist is another good site and they are linked now, so if you input a gig, Setlist will upload the Setlist to that gig.
You can upload photos and videos from the gig.

The Crass gig was a bit naughty, invaded by skinheads giving all the punks a slap. Luckily I was only a whppersnapper at the time so managed to dodge the bullets.

Great, thanks for this - I've been to 100s of gigs over the decades, so it would nice to 'catalogue' the ones I can remember, and compile a record.

One of my lasting regrets is that Buzzcocks tour (1980?) - went to see them at London Lyceum, but decided to give the 'unknown' support a miss and go to the bar instead :shootself

I used to collect ticket stubs but that’s gone down the pan now with e- tickets/ barcodes so looked at alternative and thought this app was great.
