I prefer the Perfect Kiss myself,but I love the 2 min intro to Thieves, before the vocals kick in, it has this eery quality to it.

New Dawn Fades is my all time favourite Joy Division track. For New Order, Your silent face from Power, Corruption and Lies, 2minutes of what seems like a tender love song before the last line, 'you caught me at a bad time, so why don't ou piss off', abruptly kicks in and changes the song completely.

True Faith is my fave by them.
It's uplifting in an odd way, though the lyrics are a bit sad

What a great song 'Love Will Tear Us Apart' really is. One of the best intros ever? Quite possibly. But, and let's be honest here, what a load of complete and utter shite Joy Division were apart from 'Love Will Tear Us Apart'.

Joy Division - over rated, because Curtis hung himself

New Order - underrated because of the spectre of Joy Division

Here to Stay should have charted a lot higher, should have got a lot more airplay/club play; for instance, but for the accusations of being "past it" by 2002.

However, its the album tracks that never made singles that are often the best - Young Offender (Republic) and Vanishing Point (Technique) for instance.
