Does anyone know if Cole and Bridge are good mates or is Cole better friends with Terry?

Hasn't looked great for a few years and we have plenty of decent wide midfield players. Would be ok in this division but not what we need at all right now.

31 games, 4 goals, 5 assists in a division half made up of teams of lower championship Quality. Hmmmm.

I'm sure Gus doesn't just look at goals and assist stats when deciding if a player is good enough. If he did Brighton wouldn't have signed Vicente, who out of his last two seasons for Valencia (30 games) he scored three and assisted just one. Yet you'll cream your pants watching him play because his build up work is great.

These stats are a red herring. He has tremendous ability on the ball, a great range of passing and can take on anyone on his day. However, he won't sign because, as I understand it, both he and Lille wanted to stay together. Rodgers wanted him back at Liverpool.
