That article mentioned 20% of any profit
Does that mean 20% of the projected 30M profit if JP sold for 60M per say
Or 20% of the 60M ?
The article literally says 20% ...on any profit Brighton make. It even works it out at £6m.

Didn't read it in depth So missed that
Perhaps I should have asked is this a standard sell on clause? And they all work only on any profit made ?
Or do clubs sometimes agree sell on clause s that entitle them to a fee if that player gets sold on Regardless of profit
Let's say we sold JP for 20M
We are 10M down But Watford agreed a 10% sell on so get 2M on that deal ?
