So where is Joao off to.?...............It aint gonna be here.
The article literally says 20% ...on any profit Brighton make. It even works it out at £6m.That article mentioned 20% of any profit
Does that mean 20% of the projected 30M profit if JP sold for 60M per say
Or 20% of the 60M ?
The most overhyped 'atmosphere' after Anfield.
Good info - thanks for the link. Here you go:

Watford in line for big sell-on boost if Pedro leaves Brighton
Watford could be in line for a windfall worth more than previously thought if Newcastle United target Joao Pedro leaves Brighton this summer.www.watfordobserver.co.uk
Didn't read it in depth So missed thatThe article literally says 20% ...on any profit Brighton make. It even works it out at £6m.
'Hornets astutely negotiated a 20 per cent sell-on fee – a figure higher than previously reported - on any profit Brighton make on the player's sale.'
Then there's no profit. So they get 20% of 0.Didn't read it in depth So missed that
Perhaps I should have asked is this a standard sell on clause? And they all work only on any profit made ?
Or do clubs sometimes agree sell on clause s that entitle them to a fee if that player gets sold on Regardless of profit
Let's say we sold JP for 20M
We are 10M down But Watford agreed a 10% sell on so get 2M on that deal ?
Reread my question please JimboThen there's no profit. So they get 20% of 0.
As expectations rise, atmospheres drop. The only time they'll have a good atmosphere, is when they are the underdog, which isn't very often with that team at SJP.Any noise from the home support would represent an improvement on the current atmosphere at SJP based on our last few visits
