Gray is far better than Lingard and Blackman's fine form (at the time of my post) stalled when he made the mistake of moving to Derby.

Expect him to kick on when he finds the right club. (I'd have him here.)

The problem with Lingard, Wilson, Vokes and the rest is that they're usually about 18 or 19 when they come to us and are still developing.
To expect them to play like a 25 year old is completely unreasonable, but it doesn't stop some people from doing so.
