Dunno, I will have a look down the gym tonight, I generally just shove the peg in, repetitions rather than weight I find is the key.

Well Arnie will tell ya that it's free weights over machines every day of the week. I bench 110kg+30KG olympic bar BTW. Approx 300 pounds. I can stack any chest machine.
