It's a disgrace, I'm virtually married to Veronica Avluv, what's she gonna say - has anyone thought about THAT?!!

Cameron cracking down on our porno. This is going to cause a stink in some households, luckily I'm alright and the missus is porn friendly-ish.

I predict the use of mobile wifi hotspots is going to surge.

Thanks Greens :(
This is a disaster tbh, as it means I will have to go out and actually TALK to women, with the usual outcome of them experiencing love-making of such finesse, they have multiple orgasms during the working day in anticipation of what is heading their way in the evening!

I've been avoiding it for ages, as they usually know sweet FA about footy, and because I'm a two-bagger

They're not 'banning' porn. You'll just have to make a phone call.

Exactly...... When O2 put the block on their mobiles to adult sites ,you had to verify your age with a credit card or go into the store.
So off I go to the store and after waiting my turn , I asked the woman behind the counter " can you please take this filter off my phone so I can get back to watching porn at work , "
People around me looked shocked and a couple of wives looked at their husbands.........but f**k em I thought, bet you just did it the credit card way !

Brighton - In your face
This isn't about porn however it's dressed up, it's about being able to control what information we have access to.
Emotive words and arguments will be used by those who are trying to bring this in, making the Daily Mail readers believe the BS and back it.
How long after that will certain non pornographic sites be put on the opt in/out list, independent news sites? bloggers? and so on.

Welcome to China.

Yep, pretty scary stuff.

And they will no doubt log all the phone numbers used to make the 'opt-in' calls, creating an instant list of porn-surfers

If you knew what GCHQ knew about everyone's habits it would be pretty scary. They monitor everything at that place.

So (I haven't paid much attention to this story) I assumed it was just the extreme stuff Cameron was going after with this campaign. Are you all saying he just wants to make it harder to access any porn sites?

Seems a little bit nanny state to me if that's the case. If you have kids, it's up to you to ensure they don't see things they shouldn't, otherwise surely it's up to you what you view? I'm not seeking to defend (say) paedophiles searching for images of children, clearly that should be stopped, but normal men- alright, "people"- looking for a bit of entertainment? Can't see what that's got to do with David Cameron. Or the Daily Mail. Where does it end??

Isn't it just the same as putting jazz mags on the top shelf or in wrappers? It just makes it less likely that kids will stumble across it, but if you want to find it, you still can?
