guys i am now back home but i am feeling like i bin hit by a truck the journey home took quite i bit outa me but i am now gonna have a restfull evening and tomorrow will write a bit more and maybe put up some pictures of me scars ect i realy cant thank you guys on here for keeping my spirits up whilst i have been poorly you all have no idea how much your support means to me gonna go rest now more tomorrow

Speaking from experience, the first week or 10 days are probably the worst but you will certainly start to feel a lot better after that. Take your time, don't rush it and your be up and about in no time.

Don't forget your supposed to be buying us all a beer at the Amex soon so start saving.
