22,00 is a lovely size- if we fill it it will be extremely and noisy if we dont it wont seem too empty. Any lower would appear unambitious but im worried we'd do a Stoke, Reading or Wigan (shit attendances and atmos) if we have a bigger attendance.

Unless the stadium can be easily extended (hardly likely to get permission easily at a later stage ) I think it's a missed opportunity (any potential England games, Euro etc if we ever get it again - Brighton would be a great venue). Similar sized cities (Leicester, Southampton, etc) have built bigger. And have staged internationals. That's my point.

Hull City have a much large support base then we do and there new ground only holds 26,000 which has not stopped them getting under 21 games hosted there.
