In fairness, I think the T&Cs are written for lawyers, not plebs on football messageboards and social media.
I can’t stand palace but Henderson was not cheating. He broke the rules but this was spur of the moment action. It is down to the ref to enforce the rules. Cheating is taking performance enhancing drugs or getting booked on purpose to make financial gain.

Even if it’s was straight forward decision UEFA will wait for the lawyers to ratify any decision they make before it is made public.
The last two seasons the announcement about clubs in multi-club ownership passing all checks and being allowed to play has come in early July. So considering this is probably a more complex case for UEFA an announcement at the end of the month doesn’t seem unreasonable.

Whilst I think that Palace will eventually prevail, I really hope that this drags on for a few weeks. The uncertainty could really f*** up their pre-season preparations and recruitment.
