Two long-time and very loyal Albion servants, with around 9 years service each, in the club shop and ticket office have been got rid of.

I am assuming this is the news.

Is that the news then ?

and if it is, I am assuming there is some reorganisation going on ? a change to more internet / agency ticketing services or something like that ??

Doesn't necessarily sound like a reason for anger or flouncing... I'd like to hear the club's side of the story.

Very sad if that is the case.

It can't have helped having to reduce season ticket prices to try and coax the stayaways or those threatening not to renew, back to the club.

Where else can savings be made???

Assuming that is the news, and I believe that to be true, then what does actually mean?

As I posted earlier making ticket staff or club people redundant now does not exactly smack of a club confident about getting a new stadium?!!

Or the club could be investing in more on-line sales type system therefore less labour intensive.

Maybe they are outsourcing it to Mumbai............
