How many times did the northstand get run by other fans?

Then football itself is to blame on that logic, if football didn't exist there would've been no match that day, 95 people wouldn't have died.
Now you're admitting the real cause of the disaster, why was that so hard?

Or maybe grass is to blame. Without grass we couldn`t feed the cows which gave us the leather to make the footballs to play the game....

i dunno why she swallowed.......nurse...... i`m going pub.

In order of chaos that I recall:

Portsmouth (1973?) Clockwork Orange outfits, etc, it was on the national radio before the game even started) Horrrible bastards.
Bournemouth (1970?); rumoured to be Portsmouth or Southampton fans in with them...
Chelsea (FA Cup 1970?)
Spurs (I think Div 2 then?)
West Ham (similar timeframe, can't recall)

In those early days it was quite usual for away fans to come into the North Stand, early, and say "come and get it back.." type thing. Pay on the gate, etc. Palace, Bristol City, Cardiff, Millwall all had a go.

Possibly the worse was one I didn't go to in the 80's; Chelsea, when the coppoer was beaton nearly to death.
