Well, what can I say? The method from Clapham proved more than successful, the beef retained all it's lovely juices and was extremely tasty, together with some cajun style potato wedges and green beans a good meal was had by all.

Yummy.

excellent . . . .might I suggest minced lamb as a good burger alternative, usually better grilled due to the higher fat content. a bit of mint and yoghurt, delish
