You will be a Championship side for years. Maybe reach the heights of Cardiff and flirt with a few play offs. Best you can hope for.

Is the wrong answer. BHA have the strongest and most attacking and most skilful side we have had in decades - I have been watching since the seventies and have never seen better.

We'll fly away with the Championship this year and we'll come back and bump this thread to remind you in May.

What is it with Saints fans that give them this sense that they support a big club ?. The honours list is nothing to shout about, when they've been in the top league it's mostly been scrapping for points and signing players at the end of their careers. The place is like the end of the civilised world and it's only recently that the ground has been better than a dump, what is the reason, are they mind dead over their real past ?

It must be something in thew Hampshire water. Their next door neighbours have similar delusions of greatness, & they lost again yesterday. Happy days

Barrel of Fun

Abort, retry, fail
The Liverpool game was a completely different kettle of fish to an early league gane. We change our formation, by taking off defensive players, as we had nothing to lose, trailing 3-1 in a cup match.

No real shame in being thumped by Arsenal. I remember Norwich shipping in 7, 6 and a couple of 5s, but managed to finish third in the top flight. They've got three very tough games out of the way.

I do think Adkins will be found wantIng and out of his depth.

oh yes, because we have once suffered defeat we can never have a laugh at another team losing :ffsparr:

Up to you mate but personally I can't see what bragging rights we get from laughing at a team that's achieved more than we have. Just seems a bit pathetic in my view.
