A member of my family is a tribunal chairman and deals with discrimination and unfair dismissals. Many cases involve women being paid less for an exact role that a man is paid more.

Greg Dyke has spent most of his career (very successfully) in the private sector.

He was only at the BBC for 4 years.

In terms of the industry he is as far removed from being a time serving public sector lefty as I can imagine.

Well I did less tha 5 minutes research ad Dykes career has rather than being highly successful/private sector reflects more a mixed bag where his logest stint was in the public sector at channel 5, he previously applied for work at the BBC. This isnt his first ""hideous whites" comment either.
