This season we have given a lot of our younger players first team experience. Do you think we might of over exposed some of them and burnt them out a bit.

What do you think?

No. McPhee and Hinshelwood have been among our best players. Robinson should be in the squad every week.

We have to bring one or two through yes but i think we are overdoing it a touch... As the old saying goes "there is no subsitute for experience" but i'm seeing no signs of that so far this season!

I think we've been relying far to much on our youth system! We should have good proffessional hard working first team players. Its a shame that we have to dig so deep, and use our youth/reserve system. Simply because we shouldnt need to. Hopefully, the 'first team' will get there arses into gear and pick up abit. Otherwise, im afraid, were going to have to call on players that simply are not ready. For a youth player first team experience is good in small doses. I dont think they should be playing any more than 20 games a season at most.

nah i don't think so, i think that the youth set up is the futher of this club and then blooding them at an early age can only be good for the club!
