This season we have given a lot of our younger players first team experience. Do you think we might of over exposed some of them and burnt them out a bit.
We have to bring one or two through yes but i think we are overdoing it a touch... As the old saying goes "there is no subsitute for experience" but i'm seeing no signs of that so far this season!
I think we've been relying far to much on our youth system! We should have good proffessional hard working first team players. Its a shame that we have to dig so deep, and use our youth/reserve system. Simply because we shouldnt need to. Hopefully, the 'first team' will get there arses into gear and pick up abit. Otherwise, im afraid, were going to have to call on players that simply are not ready. For a youth player first team experience is good in small doses. I dont think they should be playing any more than 20 games a season at most.
