From what I can see, he said that the board are not making public any Plan B there might be for the reasons already mentioned. Bit different to saying there is no Plan B I would have thought.

Without wanting to split hairs, gerbil, your arguments, assertions, call them what you want, are that Falmer is a fiasco, and that the board are asset stripping. In my opinion, neither of those statements are true. We all KNOW there is PUBLICALLY no alternative to Falmer, that is hardly a point of debate. But beyond sounding off at all and sundry, you have not backed up your rants with anything of any substance.

My arguement is that every penny we get is going to Falmer and not on strengthening the team.
To me sale of Currie is a sign of desperation on the boards part.
Thgere is no point in having a nice ground with nobody sitting in it and watching league 2 football.
That is how it will all end up if we don't spend some of this money on the playing side.

And there is no point in having Falmer if we don't even have a FOOTBALL CLUB to follow. I just can't see where you THINK this money is going ? Is it lining someones pockets ? Is Dick pulling up at Withdean in a new Ferrari or something ? Why do you mistrust the board so much ? These people have saved the club from oblivion and given us a chance of stepping up to the next level. They are fighting the mother of all battles against the NIMBYS to get us this frigging stadium, and all you can do is carp on about fiasco's and asset-stripping.

Either BACK your arguments and accusations with something, or admit that you're just spouting a load of shit purely out of frustration, because at least THAT would be understandable.

To be honest this thread is a bit gay. Both arguments are getting well exaggerated and you both seem to be saying stuff you don't mean a little.

I was wondering this morning about the sale of Currie because at first it spelt relegation for me and I thought a couple of monthas ago we could clear that.

There is no Plan B to Flamer PUBLICALLY but there must be one privately, that is a nailed on FACT and that renders taht argument meaningless.

Just chill out for f*** sake.

What he said. As today has gone on I have turned my atitude from doom and gloom with currie leaving to well he wa sok but we have players who can stand in. And he defnitely wasn't worth £250,000 so we've got a good deal.

I am also 100% sure there is an alternative in the back ground if falmer gets a NO but there is no way anyone will find this out unless the worst happens which for the record I don't think we'll have to worry about it.
