No it's playing everyone out of their natural position (except the goalkeeper although watching his positioning and movement I'm not too sure about him either)

Pearce has managed to teach them the same special skills in possession that he taught the England team though - how to give the ball away whenever you do get possession. They are not doing the basics right let alone competing. Tecchnically poor but tactically bereft of any idea whatsoever

I agree absolutely and entirely. Pearce is a very poor manager though and this is only to be expected. God only knows how he got this job.
