Grammar police

They are all grammatically correct. The first two are for emphasis with the use of the word "one".

It's a long-standing NSC custom/tradition that all appeals to, or complaints about, 'the grammar police' must spell grammar, grammer.

And use the phrase 'could of' at least once. Pasty's got the right idea.
