town full of eejits
the funniest thing i remember was at hove station, we'd just played liverpool at home they were all on the east bound platform(100's of 'em) and 100's of albion on the west bound, loads of singing and shouting going on but pretty good natured, then a train load of naaaaaarich came in from pompey and stopped ,f*** knows why cos it was rammed.......any way ,the poor bastards copped it big time and the train left the station with a lot less windows than it arrived with.......:D

you had to be there really..

Battle, Sussex
huh? I was to young to understand and follow us through the Goldstone days, just a bit of scratchy '97 days....

Hopefully, now were in the 21st century, the standard of public transport can actually improve in rural areas.

:)

Way out west
Wasn't it a Liverpool fan who stuck his head out of the train window, just as it entered Hove tunnel, result one Scouser about an inch and a half shorter than he had been before...
