what is happening with Hotmail? first I heard we all get 2gb on free accounts but now I read that a yearly £14+ is needed, WTF is that all about?

We're all getting 250Mb eventually but they are rolling it out very slowly, I still have the naff 2Mb but wozza already has the 250 Mb.
