Nope. I've read it, and re-read it, and still have no idea what it means

My thoery is that - because Glen Murry had a disgusting rant, he is a dope.

& because he is a dope, the Testing Room at The Amex was officially named the Glen Murray Suite.

I can quite clearly see the comparison between Murray being a "DOPE" and all, yet the title Glen Murrays disgust rant , really does let down what could be a nothing more than "pleasurable" gag. Put simply, in the word's of someone like brightonmark1234 or whatever his name is, "it wud be funy if it mad sence".
