I trust you got some of 25/1 then?

Ten bucks went on, in what is now a two horse race with the Dutch dude.

Rooney post match quote ""We can see that as players, we can see how he's handled himself since he took over. Giggsy has got all the credentials to be the next boss but that decision is down to the board."

Impossible.

The Glazers aren't going to trust a guy who has never managed before with a £200 million transfer budget.

The best he can hope for is assistant manager and maybe get the job in 3 or 4 years time.

So is today's result against Norwich down to
A: Giggs brilliance
B: Norwich being not Premiership standard
Or C: Manure players not performing for Moyes

B and C with a little A sprinkled on top.

If he wins the remaining games 4-0 he will get the job, all be it on a short contract.

The only other option they have is to install the other dude after the world cup finishes, and fan power will be demanding giggs - as will Fergie.

// note: this post is blinded by a £250 payout.

As previously mentioned, wouldn't back at 250/1. The Three Stooges today were in charge til' the end of the season. Can they give the 'family man' a pay rise so he can splash out on a razor? Scruffy tw@t.

So someone who does not 'close shave' every day is scruffy? One could turn this around and say any man who spends over 10 mins in the bathroom each the morning is a bit limp.

Gods country fortnightly
irrelevant - Most footballers play around with women - maybe a court case with our best centre back might jog your memory, or the Ronaldo or Rooney sagas.......makes no odds in what one can do in their career.

Big difference between being a footballer and managing the biggest club in the world.

no its a one horse race unless Ancelotti fancies it. bookies odds shortening does not mean something is more likly, it means more punters are putting money on something. if punters chose to ignore reports that ManU have said Giggs isnt in contention and today that they have informal agreement with van Gaal, well they will keep on taking their money until a formal announcment is made.

Excellent. A short run of good wins over poor opposition at home combined with the famous managerial sacking " Bounce " and Man Ure will be under huge pressure to appoint Giggs. I do so hope they do and then reap the whirlwind as the "Bounce " erodes in early October and they realise he can't cope with the day to day running of The Franchise. Hilarious ! Go Giggs !
