Anyone on here go to see Martin Parr in conversation at the Dome last night? He was great, I thought - very dry sense of humour, happy to share his tips and techniques. He does most of his photos on automatic setting!

I wish I'd known it was on, would have loved to have gone.

Here's another from Maimara. The main problem was keeping all the artificial snow spray away from the camera.

Its a wonderful world that we live in. Everyone here was pi$$ed and in an incredibly good mood. The party went on all day with everyone drinking 'Toro' (litre cartons of red wine) that were on sale for about 80p a carton.

On the negative side, I was pickpocketed again here, but it didn't detract from the day. My own fault unfortunately.

My little bro gave me a rose for my b'day last year. A year later its doing very well.

This old 'heritage' (expensive) rose was planted 35 years ago. Hasn't flowered for years. I decided to try something new this year. I watered it..... here are a few of the 35 blooms.
