On the general subject of commentators and moving away from the gay theme, what has happened to the BBC legend Tony Gubba? A fairly decent footie pundit but was always considered by the BBC to be the "jack of all trades but master of none" and got roped in to do anything like table tennis, netball, hockey, pro celebrity. Alos had one of the finest sporting 'comb overs'.

Jackson and Foster was the worst kept secret on the athletics circuit although I'm not sure they are still together. Ian Thorpe lived with a young South American fella for a while and whilst he claims not to be gay is as camp as a row of tents. Claire Balding deffo wears comfortable shoes.
