If anyone could advise on the safest stream - i.e. most likely to be bug-free and Mac-compatible - that'd be much appreciated. Don't want to catch anything nasty.

AMAZING STREAM for FOREST
I got an amazing stream working, but you have to do a couple of things to work it.
NOTE: Channel is Russian, commentary may or may not be English. Qaulity/speed is 10/10 for me.
What you have to do:
Get TS Player (VLC) - This is a torrent stream modified version of VLC Media Player. (Available here The VideoLAN Forums View topic - Torrent Stream Player - Online play torrent)
Open the player.
Go to: Media > Open Torrent Stream Player
Click on the "Network" tab.
Enter the following: acestream://ed458dbeae1ff10fe0c7fd39fb99fcd75033c25a
Click "Play" and await stream/buffer, in about a minute you should have a crisp fast stream playing in your player

Just watched Sunderland, United on this: FirstRow Live Football Stream | Watch Live Football Online | Live Soccer Stream Albion on soon... there were a few popups and annoying adverts, only worked in Firefox.

FireFox plugin called Anonymox, I watch iPlayer using that and works fine for me out here. Try that and change to a French IP address
