LiveSoccerHD has worked good for me, about a 5 second delay from the BBC radio commentary - saw the Ankers double save and LuaLua's lucky sending off escape

Not the best picture but there is sound and the screen doesn't tend to lock too much. I am keeping the window open over half time, so I don't lose it.
