Bottom line, we could still be heading to Belarus as BATE won, possibly a trip to Moldova after Sheriff won in extra time or even Bosnia as Zrinjski won on penalties.

BATE haven't played a European game in Belarus since the outbreak of the war. Played their Conference League play off in Turkey last year, and their latest Champions League play off in Hungary.

Phew.

Until about 5 years ago UEFA had banned any alcohol sales at stadiums hosting European games. Nowadays local rules apply so in England, for example, you can't drink in view of the pitch, whereas in Germany, Italy, and, I think, the Czech Republic you can drink in the stand.
I was at the RB Salzburg games against Chelsea and Roma and you could take a full fat beer to your seat.

I note Astana, Qarabsg and Ljubljana have all made it through this evening.

I’d love Ljubljana although haven’t checked the stadium yet…

The draw for the UCL Third Qualifying Round is about to take place.

Losers of this will be transferred to UEL Qualifying or the group stages, so one to keep an eye on today.

The second qualifying round fixtures are this week and next.

All eyes on Galatasaray, who really should win, but wouldn't we all like to see Wilf back at the Amex?
