Some years ago in the very nearby town of Cheltenham the Tory party chose not to select a candidate (now Lord Taylor of Warwick) a very able member of the legal profession, because some of them did not want a black man to represent them in Parliament. Since then the town has returned a Liberal member of parliament and the Tories barely get a look in. Moral of the story, in the long run, racists do not prosper.

As for your crime rates, and those who commit them, let's see (a) the official figures to back up your claim, and (b) then explain away why people in deprived areas with greater levels of poverty - which have a disporportionately high level of ethnic minorities living in them - would not have greater crime levels. And then prove that it's ethnic minorities committing them.
