Football always comes before housework and shopping for me!

Actually, I get rather annoyed with comments like" let the wife go shopping while the blokes go to football."
Heard Mick McCarthy come out with that one a while back on the radio and that really pissed me off!

By way of explanation the charming Ms Pigtails does not seem to object to mums standing around drinking beer on the concourse, only dads. So take your pick sly comments from the old boys or complete irrelevance according to the militant wing of mumsnet. Which is worst ?
