The situation was explained comprehensively in the programme. The club have no choice with this sitting diktat - a fan has complained to some arbitration body and we now have to act.

To be fair, I thought the J Blockers after a bit of "look-at-us" defiance, all looked like they became dutiful boys and girls.

If this stops the club getting into trouble, then that's a good show of maturity.

All Premier League and Championship (aka Divsion 1) have to be all seater

Division 2 and 3 (aka League 1 and 2) grounds are expected to become all seater, but are allowed to keep terracing providing its safe.

All new grounds (And Withdean is captured by this) have to be all seater

does that mean Carfiff's ground will soon have to sidpose of their terracing??
