The Misses cracked fourth day today. She was a bit moody this afternoon. Rather that than the fags.
Her breathing when she sleeps has already improved.

Sorry to bounce an old thread but I just bought one of these from the vapour trail on Elm Grove. It's called 'the totally wicked tornado tank' and I got him down to £35 with a free menthol liquid thing (it comes free with a tobacco one, a USB charger etc)
It works! I have given myself the option of a normal roll up at the end I the night as an incentive having already been able to knock fags on the head during the daytime. I go outside, have a few tokes and come back in! Couldn't recommend them enough!
