just for the record - a ‘full squad’ in de zerbi land could mean just 11 on the field and 9 on the bench with no threat to play regardless of whether a particular player is carrying an injury since every position has 2 first team players (according to RDZ)

Wouldn’t be surprised if he was simply rested from training. He knows what he’s doing and he’s played a lot of football recently while still recovering from an injury.

Yes, if you are playing games regularly then there’s not point over doing the training.
Maybe getting some physio on his back which seems to give him trouble.
I bet Dunky will play today even if carrying a niggle. More likely to be given a rest next week.
