Big mistake if we let him go. Webster still not the finished article

Well, without exception he's been picked at CENTRE BACK ahead of Burn, when Dunk or Webster has been unavailable, so not sure why he'd suddenly be behind Burn now. You've no idea where White will be in the pecking order, and Clarke might well not be here. Other than that, spot on.

i was going to say similar. Last night showed why we need to keep him i.e. to combat those teams with an aerial threat.

I expect that there were add ins, but nothing like add ons equivalent to the transfer value of Shane Duffy. There’s no way he’d drop down a level either, apart from to play for Celtic.

Webster is clearly Potters choice to partner Dunk, it’s way too simplistic to look at it like that. Will Duffy want to stay and bench warm for another year at this stage of his career? He could potentially find himself 4th choice, it’s the correct choice, particularly for Shane, to go and get consistent football elsewhere.

Although a figure of £20 million for Webster was widely reported, Tom Barclay of the Sun reported the upfront fee was £18 million, with £4 million of add-ons. And about six weeks after Webster's signing, the Argus reported "Until add-on clauses are met by summer signings this year, The Argus understands Jahanbakhsh remains Albion's record signing at 17million."

So, take your pick, but it does sound as though there are definitely add-ons.

......we've got 10 weeks of this now eh ? One almost certainly innocent (maybe badly-worded - hardy surprising from a guy that doesn't know the difference between 'of' and 'off') tweet and he's off (or 'of' ?).............
