Fox News was last night playing down Trumpo's performance in NH, saying that it was not great news for him because he didn't beat Haley by as much as he would've liked. It also conducted a poll that said a large chunk of Republicans wouldn't vote for him if he was the candidate. In contrast, it even admitted it was a good night for Biden, which is bizarre, when you think about it and what they spout about him normally.

So what about this rumour that Michelle Obama is going to run as Dem candidate? The theory being that Biden will withdraw at or just before the convention and give her a clear run. Trump is marginalising the GOP and many who would normally vote GOP are either going to abstain or vote democratic on the ‘anyone but Trump‘ card ala Corbyn. Fox News knows that if many of its viewers vote Biden then its news content needs to change to reflect this. No one is going to watch a news channel that says they are wrong so this could be the start of the turn. The sun did it with Blair so it isn’t a new thing. If Murdock is true to form then we’ll see something similar with one of his rags in the UK.

It is when those in the public sector "The State" follow their own agenda which may be in conflict with what elected politicians have been mandated to do. Its not a conspiracy. An example would be Obama Holdovers that were leaking Trumps goings on to the media. Or in the UK as Suella Braverman says a 2 speed justice system dishing up policing and justice depending on the type of person and not the offence. This can also include over influential NGOs that receive public funds like Stonewall.
