Of Hoskins, CMS and Dobbie, IMO only Hoskins looks like a player who fits into the "Gus way"...

I am actually starting to think its actually Poyets tactics that drain the belief and motivation from our forward players. In the last five to ten games all of our strikers have been very poor. One up front, played out of position and dropped if you dont instantly shine cant be a comfortable environment to play your natural game.

They all have a part to play, he just needs to play to their strengths.... Stop changing players to something they are not comfortable with.
