There must been some board level decisions made over the last 3 seasons that you regret, please briefly explain a couple and let us know, in hindsight, what you wish had been done instead.

also, can we have a decent gig? Something decent like 'The Cure' rather than the likes of Rod Stewart.

Was Oscar Garica, free to choose whatever formation and style he wished to play, or do Brighton manager have to sign up to a certain way of playing?

Has charlie oatway applied for the managers job?

Did the clubs scouting network fail to bring in players of sufficient calibre last season?

- who gave Garcia false promises, or is he lying?
- would you be happy if we remained in the championship for the next 3 years?
- what is happening with Garcias back room staff?
- have you ever read NSC? If so who is your favourite poster?

Bar one post thanking Tony for what he's done for the club, I cannot believe that no one has commented on how transparent and brave Tony is in agreeing to do this. He must know that he'll get some tough questions and is nonetheless prepared to offer to do this. Kudos.

My questions:

1) What criteria will the club use to select the new manager/head coach? Please be as specific as possible.

2) In the last two seasons Palace & Burnley (& maybe Derby too) have been promoted with a lower wage bill than the Albion. What lessons can be learned from their success?

3) Do you believe that any changes need to be made to our player recruitment/retention strategy? If so, what changes?

4) With the reduction of the allowable loss under FFP dropping from £8m for this year to £6m next year, how does the Albion intend to find the balance of £2m? To what extent do the new sponsorships (AMEX and the training ground sponsor) and the new kit deal (Nike) cover this?

5) Are you still prepared to personally fund the allowable FFP loss for the foreseeable future or do you require the Albion to at least operationally break-even in the near term (say within three years)?

Thanks, Bozza, for any input you may have had in arranging this.

It has been implied today that the Grabban non-transfer was instrumental in Oscar leaving and that you being in Australia at the time may have played a part in it's collapse. Are you happy that all processes in that transfer went as well as they could? If not, what went wrong and how will that process be improved?

Not very well worded but you get my drift, I hope.

does FFP have such an influence on the club that we have to find ways of avoiding paying the wages of a manager/ head coach for a couple of months every summer?

Is there any fear of a Brighton manager getting a long service award?

"Which is the most stupid question you've been asked so far on this matter?"

"If every NSC poster were given the chance to do your job at the Albion, which one do you think would be the first to send the club spiralling into a maelstrom of unsustainable debt and catastrophic financial failure?"

Would it be prudent, and helpful towards FFP targets, to have COACH on the coach's sweatshirts and jackets, instead of the managers initials?
