No I'm not but, as they say on Dragon's Den, that's it, I'm out. Absolute drivel.

But these comments were only made on the back of an interview McGhee had done the previous week, so was it McGhee who broke the agreement first?

No he didn't. Why are you making things up? It really doesn't help Dick Knight to actively misrepresent McGhee. Look at the exact quote from McGhee, he says he accepted that he has lost SOME of the fans, but that no one could quantify the true numbers.

sorry i was paraphrasing a quote from the argus attributed to DK in which he says that MM accepted it.

As for the 'majority' word well apologies again, but that was said to me by a journalist. If it turns out to not be correct and to contradict another quote from MM that I have not seen then I wholeheartedly and unreservedly apologise.

However, this is getting all very convaluted - the reason for my post was to deal with the frankly ridiculous sensationalist clap trap that the reason had 'changed'. A comment that Andy naylor has in my opinion implied and that some people on here took to be the case.

The point i was making was thet there were potentially a number of reasons and one that they agreed on was given as A reason. The fact that OTHER reasons are now coming out doesn't indicate dishonesty as some on here were trying to put across.

Exactly, anyone who uses bellend as a means of communication deserves it. No double standards, unlike you.

That really is a bit rich coming from you! I'm sure you are a good journalist, but the Albion is your Achilles heel. Some of the club guff you unquestioningly regurgitate is embarrassing.

Yes, but in the same edition of the Argus, or the one next day, McGhee took strong issue with Knight on this point. In the interests of fairness, this has to be reported as McGhee's opinion on the fans question, not Dick Knight's somewhat self-serving version of his opinion.

Good man, don't take it personally, it doesn't matter what you say or don't say you'll be on to a loser either way. Just enjoy it.

I  you Mr Colin, oh how I regret being too trented to carry coherant conversation that time I passed The Nelson after the Orient game.
That's weird - because I, along with the various other NSCers in the pub at the time, was completely sober. :O

You like using that double standards jibe, don't you.

With you, yes, and I wish it wasn't so. But you will never condemn people who abuse me, just my response to them. Hypocrisy and everyone can see it.

I was quoting today's Argus - did a search of the Argus on and around the MM out day and couldn't see that quote from MM.

Not doubting it like - just saying that having researched before typing i couldn't find it.

hey i could become a Lib Dem politician with that answer!!

You have brought so much on yourself with your self righteousness, putting down those that disagree with you and at times out right agression in your posts, that I have no sympathy for you.

Sorry but this is how I see it.

What would you say if I said to you that another other reason MM went was because he missed a few training sessions because he was with a young lady
